Director – AC & Design Hotels Integration

Partner with the respective key Design Hotels, AC Marriott stakeholders including but not limited to HR, Dev., Consumer Ops, Legal, and Finance Org. to ensure the creation and deployment of Design Hotels’ new business model  and the integration of AC hotels in Spain, Portugal and Italy.

Co-steered a multi-billion-dollar MI/HOT acquisition (pre- and post-implementation) that spans 32 countries, and ten departments, and impacts over 200 hotels and 9,000+ employees, including Sr. executives and Owners in the CALA region.

Created pro forma projections, structured tenant leases, evaluated competitor & restaurant concepts, conducted financial return analyses for a $3.0B mixed-use development under construction on the Las Vegas Strip with sales over $35M.

Implemented the Sales Force One Initiative (a corporate sales program meant to drive revenues, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction across Marriott-managed properties) for 53 hotels in the Midwest region.
